A BREIF HISTORY
Coming to you live from the K-COK studio's in Las Vegas every Friday at 8:00pm it's the CBC Radio Show with Matt and Mike. This show is so funny, you just might think your drunk.
Matt and Mike, both veterans of the mean streets of the Las Vegas comedy scene come at you raw with the type of material you thought only your drunken pedophile uncle could laugh at. As a true inspiration to a whole nation of confused punk rock youth and preppy silver fed gay boys alike, Matt and Mike poke fun at every day life, and the economic times we're all living in a way that would make even Benito Mussolini turn in his grave. In a time where sappy social interventionists and greedy capitalistic assholes fight over our tax dollars, the CBC Radio Show with Matt and Mike backs the almighty First Amendment and conquer all who stand before them every week.
Although fierce in stature and intimidating to look at, Matt and Mike are as delicate as a souffle in summer. Matt, having been personally associated with such charities as "Save the Dolphins" and "Hands Across the World", now serves as the charismatic, although extremely sensitive, co-host of a show kicking ass across the nation and beyond. Having been born in Southern California and raised in Las Vegas, he brings a sincere appreciation for the finer things in life and a rough interpretation of the streets, finding the balance between Saturday night being alright for fighting and Sunday morning being a time to say "What's up to Jesus". Being a family man, Matt senses the need for change, the need for heroism, the need for diplomacy, the need to be heard, the need for signed tits; The need for the CBC Radio Show.
Mike the Nose, on the other hand, comes prepared every night with his gloves on, ready to pounce on even the weakest little nerdy boy who stands in his way. He was once was rumored to have run face first, smack into a brick wall purely for the fun of it. Although quite flexible and good with a pool table, Mike is still a teddy bear, a father of 6, Mormon raised and sincere friend to all. Mike’s only weakness is his unforgiving and unrelenting girlfriend of 23 years, Sandi. When they fight, Mike usually loses and takes it out on Matt. Mike was born in Northern California and moved to Las Vegas to breed. Having been kicked out of every single school in Northern California, he is uneducated and pissed off, yet he holds firm the belief that each and every individual deserves a chance at redemption and thus finds his calling as the assumed Co-CEO of the K-COK studios and Co-Host of the CBC Radio Show.
The powerhouse combination of Matt and Mike, brain and brawn, muscle and zeal, hard living and raw sex appeal make for a most interesting and insightful take on journalism and social commentary that will leave you breathless for days. Regularly compared to Howard Stern (with out the fanny pack), the CBC Radio Show with Matt and Mike fills a void that has been missing in our society ever since Sid Vicious stabbed Nancy in the neck. Never before has anything like the CBC Radio Show with Matt and Mike been experienced… nor shall anything be like it again.
